Hello, I'm Dr. Hassan Kinyua Omari, a Consultant in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Nairobi. I specialize in Islamic Law, Arabic Language Studies, and Interfaith Dialogue, bringing over two decades of experience as an educator, consultant, translator, and Islamic scholar.I earned my Ph.D. in Religion and Leadership from the University of Nairobi, where I also completed advanced studies in Religious Studies, Arabic Language, and Law. My academic journey is guided by a deep commitment to scholarship, ethical leadership, and community impact.

• Chairman, Muslim Professionals League Africa (MUPLA) – Leading a pan-African network committed to community development and ethical leadership.
• Vice-Chair, National Chaplaincy Taskforce (Ministry of Education, Kenya) – Co-chairing the integration of chaplaincy services in schools.
• Former Director of Religious Affairs, Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims (SUPKEM) – Overseeing religious guidance and policy for Kenya’s Muslim community.
• Secretary, Peace League Africa – Supporting interfaith peacebuilding initiatives across Africa.
• Chair, Association of Muslim Chaplains in Kenya – Leading national Islamic chaplaincy efforts.
